The location is convenient with a tram station nearby, making it easy to explore the city. Although not close to tourist attractions, it is close to the river, which has a lively nightlife. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. the staff responded promptly to requests and fixed a broken bed within an hour. the stairway was impressive and the soundproofing was effective, ensuring a peaceful stay.
The lack of cleanliness, with dirty dishes and a yucky oven tray, was a letdown.

The apartment we stayed in during Easter was large and comfortable. The location was very convenient, close to a nice park and a supermarket. We really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and induction furnace. the towels were provided and changed regularly.
The check-in process was not smooth, as there was some miscommunication about the payment and the reserved parking spots. we faced some trouble with the keysafe, and the receptionist's suggestions were not very helpful.

The apartment we stayed in at Neklanova was very comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. It was spacious and had ample space for our belongings. The location was convenient, with a tram stop and a metro station within walking distance. There was also a Tesco close by, which was convenient for any supplies we needed. The staff, especially Martin, were very helpful and provided us with all the information we needed, as well as assisting us with directions and other requests. The mini bar in the apartment was well-stocked and reasonably priced. We also enjoyed visiting the Saturday outdoor market by the river, which was a short walk away. Although there were a few late night noisy customers at a nearby bar, overall our stay at Neklanova Apartments was comfortable and convenient. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The tram can take you to the famous Charles Bridge in just 10 minutes. The staff provide excellent service and the basic amenities in the rooms, including three beds and a separate bathroom in one of the bedrooms, are perfect. Additionally, having breakfast included is a bonus.
All was fine, except for one small detail - the lack of a reading lamp in the bedroom.
